the breakfast was freshly prepared, enjoyed public parking. friendly owner running the hotel. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. excellent place for exploring brescia.

We had the large king room and it was air-conditioned. Centro Storico Sud district was worth visiting. Plenty of food at breakfast like meats, pastries and breads. Good base for 3 nights...
